<p>
As educators who work with and for other educators instructional technologists must approach documentation as teachers do a lesson plan.  Variables to consider include *audience, *learning needs, *identifying content appropriate to learning styles, *formats and venues, as well as both *assessment and *keeping the content current.</p>
<p>
It&#8217;s important to remember that documentation is a primary learning bridge begween the learner and the technology, and like any bridge it should be thoughtfully designed, created, amd maintained.</p>
