This first inaugural conference sponsored by William Paterson University’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences focuses on equality and inequality in the United States, with particular attention paid to electoral politics, political movements, and the ideas that animate them. This third and last part of the conference includes a panel entitled “Prospects for Equality, Justice and Democracy.” Speakers include Dorian Warren, professor of political science at Columbia University; Howard McGary, professor of philosophy at Rutgers University; and Kelly Dittmar, research associate at the Center for American Women and Politics at Rutgers University. Maria Kromidas, professor of anthropology at William Paterson, moderates.
