There is no doubt that this flu season is in full swing. This flu season is one for the records. By washing your hands a lot you will help reduce the spreading of the germs from person to person. Germs are on everything you touch, so make sure you make it a point to keep hand sanitizer ready.
#3 Take vitamins that help boost your immune system ( vitamin C, etc..)
By taking vitamins the help boost your immune system you are helping to improve one of the most important system in the body. Your immune system is what fights off the bad invaders that come into your body. So, by giving it a little boost you are helping yourself keep foreign bacteria, germs and other stuff out of your body and reducing the chance of sickness
#4 Get the recommended eight hours of sleep.
Getting the recommended amount of sleep is another crucial part in fighting off the flu. If you do not have enough sleep then your body will become run down. If your body is run down it does not have enough energy to supply your immune system, which will leave your body and health vulnerable.
